Amy E. Szostak
Chief Fiduciary Officer, Northern Trust

Amy Szostak started her career at Northern Trust in 1992 and has been in the Global Family Office Group (GFO) since 2000. IN her current position, she works closely with GFO fiduciary clients to develop and deliver customized fiduciary solutions both domestically and through Northern Trusts affiliates in the Bailiwick of Guernsey and the Cayman Islands. 

Amy is a Senior Vice President and Chief Fiduciary Officer (CFO). As the CFO, she works with a broad and sophisticated client base to bring the best of Northern Trusts' fiduciary heritage to bear in a contemporary setting for mutigenerational GFO Clients. Amy is also a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA), Certified Investment Management Analysis (CIMA), obtained her STEP Certification in International Trust Management (2017) and is a member of the Society of Estate and Trust Practitioners (STEP), which focuses on international estate planning.  

Amy graduated from Chicago-Kent College of law with a Certification in International and Comparative Law. She was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1997. She enjoys traveling and an active outdoor lifestyle with her husband and two children.

Amy is the prior President of the fundraising organization for her local school and the Advisory Board of a local theater and educational organization. 

 

Peggy O'Leary
Director of Client Development - West Region, Global Family & Private Investment Offices, Northern Trust

Peggy O'Leary is a Senior Vice President and is responsible for new business development in the Western U.S. within our Global Family & Private Investments Offices group. In her current position, Peggy works with families to develop solutions to a broad range of sophisticated investment management, custody, banking, fiduciary and tax issues.

Peggy joined Northern Trust in 1989 and has held positions in both our Corporate & Institutional Group and the Global Family & Private Investment Offices group. The majority of Peggy’s career has been with the Global Family and Private Investment Offices working directly with family members, family office executives and advisors.  

Peggy received a B.S. degree from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio and an MBA from Loyola University in Chicago, IL. In addition, she holds Series 7 and 63 licenses. Peggy resides in Salt Lake City, UT with her family.

Heather Asher Abramson
Regional Director, Member Development, West

Heather Asher Abramson is a senior relationship manager for Family Office Exchange (FOX). Part of the FOX family office team, she provides a variety of member services and supports the specific needs for family business-owning members. Heather is also a member of the FOX member development team and assesses the needs of prospective FOX members by helping them achieve their goals.

Before joining FOX in 2008, Heather served as strategic marketing and events manager at Aon Corporation for seven years. While at Aon, Heather planned and executed more than 100 large-scale events and created the marketing and project execution for Aon’s South America Division. Earlier, she worked on Capitol Hill for a U.S. senator and in the foreign policy department at a lobbying organization. She also has previous experience working in a Chicago-based family office.

Heather has a bachelor’s degree in journalism, public relations/advertising and political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She graduated with honors from DePaul University with a master’s degree in organizational and multi-cultural communications.

 

Kristi Kuechler
President, FOX Private Investor Center™

Kristi Kuechler runs the FOX Private Investor Center™ and is the moderator of the FOX Private Investor Council™ Kristi opened the West Coast office for FOX and is based in San Francisco.

Kristi joined FOX after five years as Partner and Managing Director of Lattice Strategies, an investment firm based in San Francisco. Prior to her work at Lattice, Kristi served as President of the Institute for Private Investors (IPI), where she was responsible for content and curriculum development and oversaw all matters related to membership. Kristi also created the Private Wealth Management program offered at Stanford University and ran it for three years.

Kristi has a bachelor’s degree from University of California-Davis, and a masters in educational policy from Stanford University.
