The FOX Executive Council '04 is comprised of CEOs of the largest, most sophisticated multi-generational family offices in the U.S. pursuing the best practices for complex family enterprises.

The purpose of this council is to elevate the professional and personal performance of these executives and therefore enhance the operation of the broader family enterprise and long term well-being of the family.

Each Council works from a FOX developed curriculum that is tailored to the needs of the Council. Meetings include content from the curriculum as well as specific topics and discussions requested by the Council members. FOX provides the appropriate internal and external resources for lively, fruitful meetings.

9:00 a.m.		Family Office Technology for the Future The speaker will provide insight on recent technology integration, and her views on where technology advancements are headed. She will speak future technology service offerings, and the process steps need to create a smooth transition for the office. She will share several examples of different family office selection criteria, and why different solutions are needed for different office situations.
11:00 a.m.		Client Feedback Surveys – Best Practices and Samples Council members are asked to share their samples with FOX so we can summarize best practices and key questions for the group to review.
12:00 p.m.		Brief Discussion of Design for the Value Proposition Study FOX Profile on Billionaire Complexity Sara Hamilton, Founder & CEO, and Glen W. Johnson, FOX Sara and Glen to define these
12:30 p.m.		Lunch
1:30 p.m.		Human Capital Peer Discussion The speaker worked on the transformation of their family office culture prior to 2015. She will briefly review the highlights of the office evolution, and we will focus on the HR issues that surface as a part of change management process.

9:00 a.m.		Building Trust in Families, Dealing with Change and Improving Communication This session is to learn more about how to build trust in the family system, focusing on these important questions: How do family members feel about trusting others? What is the family’s history regarding shared power and control? How does the family deal with change? How does the family deal with conflict?
11:00 a.m.		Executive Peer Dialogue Facilitated by Sara Hamilton and Glen W. Johnson, FOX Council members who submit questions will have priority over other questions that surface during the meeting.
