The purpose of this council is to elevate the professional and personal performance of the participants. Participants will get peer advice, and learn from appropriate experts to improve their performance.
Each Council works from a FOX developed curriculum that is tailored to the needs of the Council. Meetings include content from the curriculum as well as specific topics and discussions requested by the Council members. FOX provides the appropriate internal and external resources for lively, fruitful meetings.

Technology is the central nervous system of the family office and can be a powerful change agent. In this session, the speaker will share the approach that his/her office used to leverage a document management system and document workflows to streamline internal processes and enhance the client experience.

10:15 a.m. Training Technicians to Have an Educator’s Mindset

Embrace the role of “learning champion” in your office! This session will equip technicians with teaching tools to turn family and client interactions into teachable moments. Anyone without a formal education background can gain skills and information to become more comfortable and confident working with younger family members on a path to responsible ownership. Bring the concepts back to the office and help colleagues to guide, coach and teach with ease.

Each Council member will come prepared to discuss the key takeaways from his/her chapter.

Effective communication is key to ensuring that clients of the office are informed and engaged in the family enterprise. A council member will share the process her office used to create an Annual Client Meeting Report and outline how it has enhanced the communication and relationship between the family and the office.
