Using a “real life” case study framework, V3Limited will be discussing their monitoring and alert methodologies as well as providing the council with a “first look” at their private equity benchmarking and reporting solution currently in development.  And with where we are in the economic cycle and what is being seen in the private equity market, V3 will also discuss where to focus resources, where to look for red flags, and what management preparations and action steps private investors should be taking now.

An Update on the EB5 Investment Immigration Visa Program
and its Impacts on US Businesses

Rakesh will provide an update on the EB5 investment immigration visa program of the US government, and the new regulatory changes around limits on size and what impacts these new changes are having on American businesses.  He will examine the EB5 program in general, the process of implementation and investment by foreigners, in context of the changes which will take place on 11/21.

Regulatory changes are an outside and often unpredictable force that can have influence, negative or positive, on businesses and markets.  On a broader level Rakesh will examine regulatory changes and their direct impact on business, particularly with the present administration’s tariffs and other policies which are moving fast.
