This Virtual Meeting will be held through the use of appropriate technology.  Any meeting links will be sent via an Outlook Meeting Invite.

Family Office Exchange is drawing together a group of leading Multi-Family Offices to discuss industry trends and common challenges.

The three topics under discussion for this year’s meeting include:

  1. Education/Learning as a strategic asset” – We understand the growing importance of family education in particular as it pertains to the Rising Gen. At your firm, have you developed a strategic perspective for learning? Is family education and rising gen become a priority and an area of investment for 2020?
  1. “Beyond client experience” – What do you see as your next step in advancing your client experience? For example, integrating more technology, evolving the client/advisor relationship through different hiring/training or reconsidering how client meetings and communications are conducted.
  1. “Insights on managing client transitions” – We have heard a lot from our members about managing client transitions. What steps are you taking or plan to take to help clients transition whether it relates to the sale of their business, transitioning to the “next thing”, inter-generational changes or changes within the family office?
