9:00 AM		Welcome David Toth, Managing Director and Scott Winget, Enterprise Market Leader, FOX

9:20 AM		Values, Vision and Mission Peter Moustakerski, CEO, FOX Peter will describe holistic strategic planning and the role of the “Strategy Checklist” framework in expanding the traditional definition of “strategic planning” to include the foundational elements of Values, Vision and Mission. He will discuss how this approach helps to ensure a structured and consistent implementation after the plan is formulated. Peter will offer a progress report on applying this approach and framework to our own strategic planning process at FOX and a sneak peek at the newly refreshed FOX Values, Vision and Mission. Council members will be asked to provide feedback and contribute their perspectives on the planning process at their firms and thoughts on how values are reflected in execution of their plans.

10:30 AM		Evolution of the UHNW Delivery Model David Toth and Scott Winget, FOX The needs of UHNW clients have evolved over time as clients have become better educated and demanding of their advisors. Firms have adapted their service models accordingly. Recently, client transitions have spurred deeper and expansive needs challenging these delivery models to evolve further. In this session, we will discuss and gain members perspectives on how they see their delivery models evolving.

1:30 PM		Navigating Direct Investing Jonathan Tunner, Director of Private Investments, FOX Jonathan will share current direct investing trends, family office investing themes, functional areas of the direct investing ecosystem, and an analysis of risk and opportunity when supporting direct investing. We will conclude our session with a council member discussion on different ways to evolve your role in supporting and guiding your client’s journey into direct investing.
