1:00 p.m.		Aligning Leadership Succession and Family Governance Sara will set the stage for an interactive session with participants about how governance structures are designed to support family goals and objectives. Examples of the stages of governance that typically surface will be presented for each participant to review. The 3 part discussion will address: what structures are used at each stage, where the decision-making actually occurs within the family, and how the formal structure is influenced by the informal behaviors that influence decisions.
