Six Sigma:  A Toolbox for Improving Quality and Solving Problems

  • Six Sigma is a robust process improvement methodology developed at Motorola in the 1980s and further refined by General Electric in the 1990s.  It provides a rigorous, fact-based structure for solving problems and improving processes in any type of business.  In this session, you will learn more about Six Sigma, the array of tools and processes it encompasses, and how you can leverage some of these to improve quality and solve problems in your own Family Office.
