Overview

The FOX Autumn Global Investment Forum™ brings together the most sophisticated investors of private capital across the FOX community.

The Forum will address investors’ uncertainty resulting from today’s shifting interest rate environment and the systemic risks to the equity markets that may be a consequence of the extraordinary growth of indexing. As family offices continue to make direct investments in operating businesses, we will discuss the less obvious but very important legal and regulatory risks inherent in direct deals and also highlight best practices when performing due diligence on target businesses.

The Forum will present actionable solutions for investors navigating the present uncertainty. A panel of CIOs of sophisticated family offices, endowments, and foundations will address The Way Forward, and an experienced institutional investor will share strategies for preserving and enhancing real wealth in the coming years.

There will be ample opportunity for FOX investors to meet and share their thinking across topics of common interest with peer exchange sessions at the Forum.
