FINTAN MAHER Fintan was appointed Managing Director of Key Capital Private in November 2016. He has more than twenty five years experience in Wealth and Investment Management both in Ireland and overseas, including roles as CIO for a major Irish family office and Head of Wealth for the largest Multi Family Office in Asia Pacific. Fintan is passionate about taking the time to really understand and listen to individuals, families or organisations and then developing solid investment strategies. Fintan has a Bachelor of Commerce from UCD, is a CFA member (ASIAI, Society of Investment Analysts Ireland), a holder of the RG146 (Diploma in Finance) an Australian financial designation, and a Registered Representative (U.K). |

DIRK JUNGÉ Dirk Jungé, CFA® is Chairman of Pitcairn Company. He also, until recently, served as Chief Executive Officer of Pitcairn, a recognized global leader in the specialized family office marketplace. He has been an innovator and leader in the family office for over 30 years. A fourth generation member of the Pitcairn family, he was instrumental in establishing the firm as a multi-family office in 1987, and led Pitcairn’s pioneering transition to a 100% open architecture investment platform. Dirk is a consultant, author, and frequent speaker at conferences and seminars on issues related to the financial services industry, family office, family governance, and succession planning. Dirk received the Lifetime Achievement award at the 2016 Family Wealth Report Awards for his leadership and dedication to the family office industry. Widely recognized for his involvement in social and community affairs, Dirk sits on a variety of philanthropic and corporate boards including Paramount Resources, Ltd., Freeman Company, L.B. Foster, and the Pennypack Ecological Restoration Trust. He is also a founding trustee and board member of The National Philanthropic Trust. Dirk received a BS in Economics and Finance from Lehigh University and holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst. |

SHANE GILL Shane is a Director of Wealth Management at Key Capital Private and brings over 20 years’ experience in financial services. Shane acts as a key advisor to a number of private individuals and their families with a particular focus on providing financial planning advice on asset allocation, portfolio construction, retirement planning, and wealth transfers. Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1994, Shane is also a Certified Financial Planner. Shane has previously held senior roles in corporate finance and structured finance in Ireland and overseas with Crowe Horwath, MRM Bermuda, ABN AMRO Australia and FirstRand Bank. |

ANN DUGAN Ann Dugan is the Senior Managing Director of Consulting at Family Office Exchange (FOX), where she leads the FOX consulting team in the outstanding delivery of services to many of the world’s most substantial family enterprises and family offices as they strive to achieve long-term sustainability and multi-generational success. Ann is the founder of the Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence at the University of Pittsburgh which she also led as executive director for nearly 30 years while also serving as the Assistant Dean for the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business. Most recently, Ann comes to FOX from Headwaters SC (HWSC), where she served as Managing Director, Family Advisory Services. While at HWSC, Ann engaged with families and their enterprises, assisting them with their growth and development strategies while also planning for the next generation of family and business leadership. During this period, Ann served as an executive in residence for the Family Business Network, North American (FBN). Ann received her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics as well as her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Ann is a fourth generation member of a business-owning family within the lumber and building supply industry in southeast Georgia. Ann is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and led numerous ventures to success. |

IAN KILCULLEN Ian joined Key Capital in 2006 and is the Chief Investment Officer for Key Capital Private. Prior to this he was Managing Director of Key Capital’s Asset Management business. He has 17 years of investment experience and before joining Key Capital he held positions that involved managing portfolios across a range of asset classes including corporate bonds, senior secured leveraged loans and the equity of CLOs. Ian is a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) and holds a BA in European Business Studies from the University of Ulster. |

MIGUEL LÓPEZ DE SILANES Miguel López de Silanes is the FOX Market Leader for Europe and Latin America. He is responsible for delivering FOX services to current members and also works actively to expand the network in Europe and Latin America. Miguel has most recently been director of the family office for one of Europe’s leading real estate families. Previously, he worked for 13 years at UBS Wealth Management and UBS Investment Banking in NY, Chile, and other locations in Latin America. He began his career at Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant in London and Madrid. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) in Madrid. |
