Bill Monaghan , CTC Consulting

Bill Monaghan joined CTC in 2010 as a senior consultant and partner. His primary responsibilities are to oversee and manage client relationships. Mr. Monaghan is directly involved in the development and implementation of long-term investment policies, analysis of client portfolios, recommendations of appropriate portfolio allocations and the evaluation and selection of investment managers. Mr. Monaghan is located in CTC’s Boston office.

Daniel C. Tarlas, CFA, Asset Consulting Group

Dan is a Managing Director of Asset Consulting Group (ACG); an investment consulting firm that provides comprehensive investment consulting services to a nationwide client base.  ACG’s services include asset allocation analysis, investment policy design, investment manager search and selection, risk management, ongoing portfolio oversight, and investment performance evaluation and reporting.  As a senior member of the firm, Dan is on ACG’s executive team, which sets the firm’s vision and direction.  He also serves on ACG's Investment Committee, whose primary charge is to establish the firm’s investment philosophy and approach and ensure continuity and consistency in the investment recommendations made to clients.  Dan is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the St. Louis Society of Financial Analysts.  He has been with ACG for 20 years and has 29 years of investment industry experience.
