How are your client teams structured to deliver services to their clients?: 

At Schwab Advisor Family Office, we build and structure teams around the needs of the client. With an average industry tenure of at least 15 years, client teams have deep experience and technical capabilities to address the service and operational complexities of family office clients.

Schwab Advisor Family Office has 50 direct employees, plus an additional 20 specialists, dedicated to the family office segment.* We provide coverage across all time zones with teams located in our Phoenix, AZ; Westlake, TX; and Orlando, FL, locations. Our service model includes a dedicated team of experts—experienced professionals who understand the urgency and complexity that come with serving ultra-wealthy families.

 

This team includes:

  • Senior Relationship Manager - Oversees the family office’s relationship with Schwab, helping them identify, plan, and execute on growth and profitability goals
  • Family Office Relationship Manager - Acts as a thought partner and connects the family office to the resources and capabilities of Schwab Advisor Services
  • Service Relationship Manager - Functions as a personal liaison and primary point of contact, ensuring swift execution of requests
  • Operations Manager - Supports the Service Relationship Manager in completing requests and handles the operations workflow to ensure a robust, premier client service experience
  • Solutions Concierge - Handles unique and complex requests in partnership with Schwab legal and compliance professionals
  • Family Office Strategist - Serves as a national resource, providing thought leadership, consulting, and connections within the family office community
  • Subject matter experts - Provide dedicated support and expertise in banking, trust services, charitable giving, trading, alternative investments, and more
