This half day session, co-led by Family Office Exchange and TriState Capital Bank, is directed towards business owning families looking to understand the potential risks inherent within the family enterprise, and more specifically, to learn how risks relating to raising capital and obtaining financing for liquidity needs, both within and outside the operating business can be managed.

Mariann Mihailidis, Managing Director, Councils
Mariann oversees the FOX member councils, which are private networks of close peers working together to advance their professional development and to solve the unique challenges they face in their management of private wealth. She has extensive experience in the accounting and legal fields. As a practicing tax and estate planning attorney, she develops strategies in wealth transfer issues, taxes, and corporate structures.
Charles B. Grace III, Managing Director
Charles B. Grace, III is Managing Director at FOX. Charlie works on strategic planning projects for families and family offices as well as wealth management advisor clients. He has more than 20 years experience in the family office community advising high-net-worth families and has been quoted in various publications on the subject of private wealth management, including The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, and Worth Magazine. In addition to his responsibilities at FOX, Charlie has been active on the Board of the single family office Ashbridge, LLC since 1992 and in 2010 was named President. He is a Trustee and member of the Investment Committee of the non-profit Tuttle Fund, Inc. in New York City.
