Cyber & Security at FOX is focused on risk management for its membership including families, family offices, operating companies, and advisor organizations. FOX hosts a quarterly meeting comprised of different vendors and thought leader specialists whose focus is in the areas of cybersecurity, physical security, or personal security. FOX membership is invited to learn and discover the broadness of this kind of risk management and more importantly, directions and solutions to help face the challenges that come with it.

Jon Archer
Chief Risk Officer and

Global Partners
Jon Archer, is a highly experienced and skilled protective service and risk professional. Over the past 15 years, Jon has managed the risk of high-profile/UHNW individuals and corporations across the globe.
Before joining the executive ranks of Accordant Global Partners (AGP), Jon was instrumental in building a family office security and estate program where he served as Director. Prior to Jon's family office experience, he managed a global executive security program for a publicly traded technology company. In addition to his work in the private sector, Jon served in the US Secret Service Uniformed Division where he was charged with the protection of the President, Vice President, and numerous Foreign Dignitaries.
Jon is known for his unwavering dedication to his clients, ensuring they remain resilient to the dynamic and evolving global risk landscape specific to a family office. He brings a unique blend of knowledge, experience, and professionalism to the family office sector. Jon holds an undergraduate degree in Justice Studies from Kent State University. He is currently based out of Los Angeles, CA.
Ken Young
Chief Executive Officer, Edgeworth Security
Ken Young is the CEO of Edgeworth Security. Edgeworth Security is transforming the security industry with innovative solutions in Remote Guarding, Security Systems Integration, Executive Protection and Cyber Security. Edgeworth combines highly trained security experts, proprietary processes and innovative technology (with a focus on machine-learning and analytics) to achieve superior results and cost savings.
Due to Ken’s extensive background and expertise in the security arena, he regularly consults on the creation of innovative security solutions for all types of security concerns for high net worth individuals, celebrities, and dignitaries. Additionally, he works with individuals, companies and organizations across a number of industries to solve complex security issues and develop strategies to help manage and mitigate risk.
Before joining Edgeworth, Ken founded and served as Vice President of Valhalla Group Inc., providing security consulting for celebrities and high net worth individuals. While serving as Vice President of Valhalla Group, Ken directly provided security and logistics advising to a high net worth family.
Prior to founding Valhalla Group, Ken worked for Gavin De Becker and Associates as the head of close protection and security services serving an array of celebrities and high net worth individuals. Ken was responsible for protecting many of the world’s most influential people and enterprises.
Ken spent 21 years in the United States Marine Corps before entering the civilian sector. As a United States Marine, Ken served in Sana’a, Yemen; Delaram, Afghanistan; Kampala, Uganda; Paris, France; and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Ken also served as a member of the Marine One Security Detail and was an emergency action planner to the executive branch of the government under President George W. Bush. During his 21-year career, Ken received numerous accolades and awards and was the 2007 Marine Corps Athlete of the Year.
Holly Shenk
Chief Operating Officer, Edgeworth Security
Holly Shenk is responsible for Edgeworth’s success in future-customer engagement and experience.
Prior to joining Edgeworth, Holly spent her career in service to the US Intelligence Community fulfilling multi-disciplinary security and analysis roles. Most recently, Holly had the opportunity to assist several civilian intelligence agencies in strategic implementations of smart technology and artificial intelligence. Each effort was an opportunity to optimize the interstitial space between human expert performance and technical enablers. Holly looks forward to delivering the value of intelligent digital mesh to those who require real-world, reliable solutions for safety and security.
Holly’s experience in federal and commercial sectors extends to consultative and management roles within AECOM, Oracle National Security Group, and SWP Systems. She spent significant time in high-value program and portfolio oversight for both security and technical efforts.
Holly holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, with honors, from the Pennsylvania State University. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and maintains clearances to work within the US Intelligence Community.
Chad Brockway
President, Intelligence Operations Division, Edgeworth Security
Chad is the Vice President of the Data Operations Division for Edgeworth Security, where he leverages his extensive background in intelligence, counterintelligence, counter-terrorism, federal law enforcement and cyber operations to develop and drive Edgeworth’s state of the art cyber and information security solutions.
Prior to Edgeworth, Chad served as the director of account management for Babel Street, where he managed all federal law enforcement accounts spanning seven federal agencies and over 1,500 customers. He also served as the senior program manager for The Wynyard Group, a software company that specializes in high consequence crime fighting and security software used by law enforcement and national security agencies.
During his time with the Federal Bureau of Investigations, Chad served as a program manager for the Special Technologies and Applications Section (STAS) where he oversaw multiple program analytical tools and applications, personnel, and the resources and budget of a large-scale FBI Technical Investigative Program. Additionally, Chad served as the Deputy Watch Center Director for the Department of Defense Counterintelligence Field Activity (CIFA) agency and as a Military Police Officer in the Marine Corps where he was assigned to the Marine One Helicopter Squadron and the White House Liaison Office.
Chad has been interviewed by a number of major publications including Forbes, CNET and Fortune Magazine as an expert on how emerging technology solutions can help combat human trafficking, and has received numerous awards including the FBI Directors Award and the Presidential Service Badge.
