Succession - Taking a Broader View

Single family offices are increasingly faced with the topic of succession whether triggered by an upcoming departure of a family office executive or a broader transition in generational family leadership. Successfully navigating these transitions requires an ability to step back, take a broader view, incorporate new perspectives while also asking thoughtful questions and creating a platform for intergenerational engagement and understanding.
